Hump Day


Wednesday March 28 was an uneventful day spent getting ready for our trip – laundry, packing, dinner at a golf club.  We had the special steak dinner, about an 8 oz sirloin with chips (everything I am learning comes with chips) a very nice salad, and choice of sauce – which means gravy.  I had mushroom gravy and it tasted like a home made gravy, not made with bouillon cubes or a store bought stock like you get in a lot of restaurants and it had big slices of mushrooms.  Ended the day packing and getting ready for a day at the zoo.
